Yorkshire Pudding

1 cup flour
1 cup milk
3 eggs, room temperature
pinch of salt

Combine all ingredients and beat until smooth. Put small amount of oil in bottom of muffin tins and heat oil in 425° for 5mins. Remove from oven and immediately pour batter mix into tins and return to oven to bake for 15mins. Reduce heat to 350° and continue baking about 10mins. Serve immediately.
