Meatballs
1 1/2 lbs Ground beef
1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
1 Egg
Salt & Pepper
1 onion, chopped finely
Roll into small balls and place on a baking sheet and brown in the oven.
Sauce
1 cup Brown sugar
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1 cup Ketchup
1/4 cup Vinegar
1 cup Water
1 tsp Lemon juice
Mix and pour into casserole dish. Add meatballs & cover. Bake in the oven at 350oF.
