Tender and Tangy Ribs

Ingredients

  • 3/4-1 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 2 lbs ribs
  • 1 Tbsp oil

Method

  1. Brown the ribs in a frying pan with the Tbsp of oil.
  2. Combine all the other ingredients together to make a sauce.
  3. Place the ribs in the slow cooker and pour the sauce over top.
  4. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
