Ingredients
- 3/4-1 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 lbs ribs
- 1 Tbsp oil
Method
- Brown the ribs in a frying pan with the Tbsp of oil.
- Combine all the other ingredients together to make a sauce.
- Place the ribs in the slow cooker and pour the sauce over top.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
