2.5lbs (1kg) Boneless chicken breast
3 tbsp Oil
1 Cup Yogurt (greek style is very nice)
3 cloves of garlic, minced
Salt
Oregano and/or Thyme (as desired, we prefer Oregano only)
Sumac (as desired)
Lemon juice (as desired)
- In a large mixing bowl add oil,yogurt, garlic, sumac & salt.
- Marinate (refrigerated) for at least 2 hours (or overnight).
- When ready to BBQ, add Oregano/Thyme and lemon juice to marinade and then Grill.
