Pumpkin Pie

2   eggs
1 cup   milk
1 ½ cups (14oz)   pumkin puree
½ tsp   salt
1 cup   sugar
1 tsp   cinnamon
½ tsp   ginger
½ tsp   nutmeg
¼ tsp   cloves
    pie shell (only the base)

 

  1. In a large bowl, beat together first 4 ingredients (eggs, milk, pumpkin & salt).
  2. Beat in remaining ingredients (sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg & cloves).
  3. Pour into pie shell.
  4. Bake for 10 min at 450°F and then reduce the temperature to 350°F and let cook for another 45 min.
