Pizza Dough (Bread Maker)

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups beer or water (110-120 deg)
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4-1/4 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons yeast (pizza yeast works best)

Method

  1. Place the ingredient in the mixing bowl in order
  2. Set the machine to dough and start
  3. Allow the machine to mix for a few minutes and it’s done.  You don’t have to do the whole cycle.
  4. Divide the dough (as you wish) and roll out.
  5. Top your pizza
  6. Bake at 485 for 12-15 minutes
