Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups beer or water (110-120 deg)
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4-1/4 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons yeast (pizza yeast works best)
Method
- Place the ingredient in the mixing bowl in order
- Set the machine to dough and start
- Allow the machine to mix for a few minutes and it’s done. You don’t have to do the whole cycle.
- Divide the dough (as you wish) and roll out.
- Top your pizza
- Bake at 485 for 12-15 minutes
