Hummus

¼ cup sesame seeds
1 cup (19oz.) chick peas
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp lemon juice, fresh
½ cup chopped onion
3 garlic cloves
1 tsp salt
pinch cayenne & pepper
pita or vegetables to dip with

  1. Place sesame seeds in food processor and blend until paste is formed (1-2 mins)
  2. Add chick peas, onion, garlic, salt, cayenne pepper and lemon juice.
  3. Slowly add in olive oil as you blend the ingredients.
