Yields: 6 very large muffins or 12 normal sized muffins
Ingredients
2 eggs
1 cup (220g) sugar
1 cup (110g) all purpose flour
6-8 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa power
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2/3 cup milk
2/3 cup butter (melted)
4oz (120g) semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350oF (180oC).
- Grease muffin tin.
- Beat eggs with sugar, mix in flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, vanilla and milk.
- Fold in melted butter.
- add chocolate chips
- Bake for 30mins or until cake tester comes out clean.
