Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

1 1/3 cups flour
½ tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup butter
1 ½ cups cocoa
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 ½ tsp Vanilla

 Combine first three ingredients together in a small bowl.  In a large bowl, melt butter and stir in cocoa and sugar.  Beat in the eggs, followed by the vanilla.  Finally, mix in the flour mixture.  Pour into a 9”x13” pan and bake for 30 mins at 350°F.

Icing

¼ cup butter
2/3 cup Cocoa
½ tsp vanilla
2 cups icing sugar
Milk (as req’d, approx. ¼ cup)
