1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tbsp garlic (chopped)
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
5 1/2 oz tomato paste
2 – 19oz cans kidney beans
1 1/2 cup onions (chopped)
1 lb ground beef
3/4 tsp oregano
3 Tbsp chili powder
pinch cayenne
3 cups beef broth
Cook onions and garlic in oil, add meat and brown, add seasonings and tomato paste, add broth. Let simmer for 45 mins. Add beans and cook for 15 mins.
