Pastry
2½ cups flour
½ tsp. salt
2/3 cup butter
3-4 tbs. water
Directions
Sift the flour and salt into a mixing bowl. Rub in the butter until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Stir in enough water to bind together, and form into a dough. Chill for 20 minutes. Roll out the pastry.
Filling
1 ½ cups cubed ham
1 ½ cups shredded cheeses
1 cup frozen broccoli florets, thawed and drained
4 eggs
1 cup milk
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
½ ground mustard
Variations
Adding broccoli, onions and/or any other vegetables (spinach) may be added.
Directions
Mix the ham, cheese and broccoli and add to the pie crust.
In a bowl, mix together the remain ingredients and pour over top of the ham mixture.
Bake 35-45 mins. at 375oF until knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
