| 1 ½ cups (14oz) | pumkin puree | |
| ½ tsp | salt | |
| 1 cup | sugar | |
| 1 tsp | cinnamon | |
| ½ tsp | ginger | |
| ½ tsp | nutmeg | |
| ¼ tsp | cloves | |
| pie shell (only the base) |
- In a large bowl, beat together first 4 ingredients (eggs, milk, pumpkin & salt).
- Beat in remaining ingredients (sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg & cloves).
- Pour into pie shell.
- Bake for 10 min at 450°F and then reduce the temperature to 350°F and let cook for another 45 min.
